A company-wide framework, built in steps

Small starts.
A bigger picture.

An operating system is only useful when it fits real work. Unyly’s planned rollout begins with one department, learns from that work, and gives people the choice to connect the next.

A deliberate path to adoption.

  1. Find the friction.

Choose a department and a recurring workflow where people lose time to repetitive tasks. Agree on the useful outcome before selecting an agent.

  2. Set the boundaries.

Define what information the agent may use, what it may prepare, what requires review and when it should hand work to a person.

  3. Learn from real work.

Review the outputs, refine the workflow and keep an accountable owner. An agent’s role should earn trust through useful work, not a launch promise.

  4. Connect the next department.

When one role is working well, extend the same framework to another team without losing the context or control already established.

What is available today? Unyly is in development. The rollout described here is the intended service approach, not a claim that every agent, integration or control is already deployed.

People remain responsible.

The goal is more time for customers, judgment and creative work. We are designing agent roles around clear permissions, review points and handoffs rather than treating human oversight as an afterthought.
